1 General Terms and Conditions

Spinay (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "Spinay") is an online gaming platform providing casino games, Sports Betting, and live dealer games to users in Bangladesh and other approved regions.

2 Account Registration

8 Prohibited Activities

• The user requests to close their own account.

Users may close their account at any time through our support team. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability
